ORDER
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with the order number and corresponding details. You will also receive an order confirmation email with the same information, which may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your email inbox.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay payments.
Is my payment secure?
Our payment processor is certified Level 1 PCI DSS which guarantees the security of payments made on AminaMuaddi.com.
When will I be charged for my order?
Cards and other payment methods are not charged until an order has been accepted and fulfilled.

SHIPPING
What is the shipping method used?
AMINA MUADDI offers free standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 4 business days after your order has been dispatched.
For customers in Europe and the UK, express shipping is available, ensuring delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
For security reasons, online AMINA MUADDI orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be advised that when opting for a delivery in front of your door or to a neighbor through DHL On-Demand Delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Our warehouse is located in Italy.
AMINA MUADDI covers VAT for all orders shipped within the European Union, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
For shipments to the UK, United States, and UAE, the final price you pay includes all taxes and duties as well.

How can I return a product?

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing your return.
