AMINA MUADDI ecommerce delivers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates.

At the moment, it is not possible to order from other territories but it is planned to open our ecommerce to other regions soon.

Processing

All AMINA MUADDI orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM CET, excluding weekends and Italian bank holidays. It takes 1 to 3 business days to process an order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.

Method

AMINA MUADDI offers free standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

For customers in Europe and the UK, express shipping is available, ensuring delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

For security reasons, online AMINA MUADDI orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be advised that when opting for a delivery in front of your door or to a neighbor through DHL On-Demand Delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

Taxes and duties

Our warehouse is located in Italy.

AMINA MUADDI covers VAT for all orders shipped within the European Union, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

For shipments to the UK, United States, and UAE, the final price you pay includes all taxes and duties as well.

Purchases on other websites or stores

If you purchased an AMINA MUADDI product from another website, please contact the reseller directly or customercare@aminamuaddi.com

Conditions

AminaMuaddi.com strives for your complete satisfaction. If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:

• The merchandise you want to return was purchased from AminaMuaddi.com

• Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery

• The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered

• The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned

• Any additional materials (shoe bags, etc.) are returned along with the merchandise

• The items are shipped back in their original packaging

• The return shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorized

• The return is shipped with the DHL return label provided by the brand

• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, AMINA MUADDI cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.

Return process

1 • Within 14 days from the date of delivery, please request your return by filling out the form on our return page or by sending an email to store@aminamuaddi.com with:

. Your order number

. The description of the item you wish to return (code, color, size)

. The reason why you want to return the item

2 • Once the return request has been completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed

3 • Pack the item in the original box

4 • Arrange a pick-up with DHL or hand the package at the closest DHL Service Point using the prepaid label.

EU COUNTRIES

All returns in the European Union are free of charge if you use the prepaid DHL return label included in the package with the product.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

All returns from the United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates are free of charge if you use the DHL prepaid return label with its import documents.

These documents will be included in the return validation email sent by our team.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing your return.
You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued.

At AMINA MUADDI, we believe that responsible shopping practices play a crucial role in environmental preservation and sustainability. Therefore, please be aware that if you have returned more than two times the same item or different items, you will not be eligible for a third return covered by AMINA MUADDI. In such cases, you will be responsible for the payment of return shipping and customs fees.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges.

If you would like to buy a different product, please return your merchandise and make a new purchase from the website.

Refund

As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.

Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.

We can return these items in their current state upon request.

Refund timing

The time needed for your funds to be available in your account may vary based on the payment method used:

• Credit cards: 2-7 business days (depending on your bank)

• PayPal: within 48 hours

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.

If we notice a suspicious pattern of returns (for example, if we suspect someone has used the merchandise and then returned it, if someone orders and returns regularly, and/or if the returned items do not match what the person ordered), we will deactivate the account.
